Key Responsibilities

• Assisting preparation of raw materials not liming to cutting, washing for the kitchen team
• Responsible to ensure house-keeping at the work place are done before the shift knocking off duty.
• Responsible in kitchen up keeping and ensure 5’S
• Assisting in tray setting during tray assembly time
• Perform general cleaning washing and hygiene

Key Requirements

• Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
• Ability to work under pressure with tight time schedule
• Competent in knife skill to perform simple cutting
• Able to perform sandwich making, jelly, salad and fruit cutting
• Good practise in personal hygiene

EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a hospital will be an added advantage

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

• Able to understand, speak and write in English
• Basic Food Hygiene Certified
