Join our Employment Administration Team and support employees throughout their entire employment lifecycle. As an HR Advisor/Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative services, ensuring accurate employee data management, preparing HR documentation, and providing professional support to employees and stakeholders.
Tasks
- Executes standard HR administration processes related to the employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination
- Supports employees and managers with HR-related inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Updates and maintains employee records and personal data in SAP and other HR systems
- Prepares and manages HR documentation
- Verifies the accuracy and completeness of HR data and documentation
- Ensures timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with agreed service levels and quality standards
- Identifies and reports process issues and suggests improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
- Follows labor law regulations, internal policies, and confidential data protection requirements
- Updates internal procedures and documentation as assigned
- Supports onboarding activities and other HR administrative tasks assigned by the Team Leader
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for an Advisor role
- Very good German skills (min. B2)
- Good English skills (min. B1)
- Basic knowledge of labor law and employment documentation

- Good command of MS Office
