Your responsibilitiesAdministration and supporting firewall platforms (Fortinet FortiGate/FortiManager, Cisco ASA and Cisco Secure Firewall FTD/FMC)Monitor platform availability, performance, and capacity utilizationTroubleshoot incidents, restore services and drive root cause analysisImplement approved changes and maintain firmware and configuration backupsCoordinate vendor support cases, technical escalations and hardware replacement processesMaintain operational documentationCollaborate with networking, cloud, security, application and local IT teamsOur requirementsHands-on experience with firewall technologies and advanced network troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of at least one platform: Fortinet or Cisco; experience with both is a significant advantageVery good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, network segmentation, high availability and network security principlesExperience with monitoring tools, log analysis, backup/restore procedures and configuration managementAbility to perform technical diagnostics and collaborate with multiple teams and vendorsStrong communication skills and good English in an international environmentTeam player and self-motivatedParticipate in on-call support rotations and planned maintenance windowsBenefitsWork in an international environment with access to global expertise and best practices in the aviation industryAnnual and long-term bonus schemeAn organizational culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual supportStable employment in a well-established company.
