ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

From day one, you’ll join Emirates Group in a permanent role and begin a structured 24-month development journey within our Information Technology function.

Depending on your qualifications, skills and business needs, you may join an area such as Quality Engineering, Service Management, Product Management, Architecture, Delivery, Software Engineering, Technology Operations, Employee Digital Experience or Innovation.

In your role, you’ll contribute to real business projects and build practical experience alongside experienced technology professionals, while seeing first-hand how technology supports our customers and global operations.

Throughout the programme, you will:

• Build hands-on technology experience: Apply your knowledge to real business challenges and develop practical expertise in your area.
• Make a meaningful contribution: Work on technology solutions that improve customer experiences, enable our global operations and help shape the future of aviation and travel.
• Learn from experienced professionals: Build your capabilities through on-the-job experience, coaching, mentorship and structured learning.
• Broaden your understanding: Discover how different technology teams work together to power a global aviation business.
• Receive dedicated support: Be guided by our National Talent Readiness Team, with regular performance and development conversations to support your growth throughout the programme.

Successful candidates may join throughout the year, depending on business requirements and availability.

WHO CAN APPLY?

To be eligible for the IT Graduate Programme, you must:

• Be a UAE National with a UAE passport and Family Book.
• Be 27 years old or younger.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree with an Information Technology or related field from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Provide your final academic transcript at the time of application.
• Have no more than two years of work experience after graduation.
• Have completed National Service or be permanently exempt, if applicable.
• Hold a valid English language qualification: IELTS Academic 6.0 or above, TOEFL 550 or above, or equivalent.

UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION

Upon successfully completing the 24-month programme and meeting the required performance standards, you’ll progress to the next grade with an enhanced reward package and continue your career within our Information Technology function.
