Tasks

As an intern in our Digital TFM team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape change and develop innovative solutions. Our team’s focus offers a versatile field to explore digitalization for an operational area.

Your tasks will include:

  • Participating in Teammeetings, Workshops and Exhibitions
  • Gaining practical skills with a focus on Project Management Office tasks for projects within Application Management, particularly operational projects
  • Supporting the development of digital solutions and IT concepts, including the hands-on implementation of IT solutions
  • Implementing solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Forms
  • Supporting the Application Management team in introducing AI-assisted solutions for internal processes
  • Supporting IT-infrastructure-related activities involving Digital Workplaces used by our users in the hangars

Requirements

You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship.

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and contribute own ideas
  • Strong organizational skills with effective deadline management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German (B2)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Teams, Excel, and Powerpoint)
