Internship HR Management, with a focus on IT Young Talents & HR Analytics - Start date: By arrangement; Duration: 6 months

In this role, you’ll bridge two exciting areas of HR: IT Young Talents Programs and HR Analytics. You’ll bring fresh perspectives, generate new ideas, and work with us to further develop modern HR approaches.

• You will gain skills focused on ad hoc analyses of HR-related issues as a basis for data-driven decisions
• You will assist in mentoring young IT talent and handle organizational matters related to day-to-day training
• You will independently manage the student internship program
• You will support and be responsible for the further development of knowledge management
• You will assist with HR reporting and be responsible for preparing and ensuring the quality of relevant HR KPIs
• You will further develop and optimize existing HR reports, particularly with regard to automation and visualization
• You’ll handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining Microsoft Teams channels
• You’ll contribute your ideas to HR marketing initiatives and participate in their implementation

Requirements

• At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program in (business) psychology, economics, or a related field

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• You apply your existing skills in MS Office (Excel) under professional guidance and enjoy working with data and identifying patterns
• You work in a structured manner and prioritize high data quality
• You are able to work independently and responsibly
• You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
• You are characterized by a willingness to learn and analytical thinking
