Internship Employee Relations and Internal Services (all genders)

Start: March/April 2027—6 months fixed-term

• You will assist with general HR administration and help prepare employment references, agreements, and confirmations, as well as monitor absences
• You will maintain and manage master data in the SAP system
• You will assist in preparing reports and presentations on various HR topics
• You will take minutes for meetings and important discussions
• You will assist with the administration and operational implementation of Employee Life Cycle and Compensation & Benefits matters
• You will contribute to the implementation of digitalization projects in the HR department
• You will demonstrate flexibility and openness to new tasks and provide support wherever help is needed

• You must be enrolled in a business administration, human resources management, or comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
• You are interested in HR and enjoy working with people
• You have a solution-oriented and business-minded approach to thinking and working
• You work in a structured, precise, and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
• You are a team player and a good communicator
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have very good user skills in Microsoft 365
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
