What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for implementing a Data & AI change management plan within Air France KLM, support the teams and business in implementing the adoption tracks on different aspects of Data & AI.
This will entail managing multiple management tracks such as deployment of AI projects, development of internal Data & AI communication, development of Data & AI trainings, driving internal community of practices and support different adoption initiatives like the definition & implementation of Data & AI related workshops, events to advance internal Data & AI literacy.
Academic qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, business administration, marketing, technology, computer science or social sciences.
Soft skills:
What is expected: easy in dealing with others, you can switch effortlessly from one activity & assignment to another, you can quickly analyze the underlying problem, you are independent but also enjoy working with others in the team and you can clearly convey your message to others. Lastly, flexible enough to frequently travel between Amsterdam & Paris for business.
Furthermore:
• You have some experience or affinity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data & technology
• You know how to deal with projects management, content creation (text, video…) and storytelling.
