Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Support the Customer Service team in customer service activities for customers throughout the Americas
• Create performance reports for existing Lufthansa Technik business in the Americas
• Conduct market research in the largest aircraft maintenance market in the world
• Support preparation of customer & management presentations
• Actively participate in strategy summits & customer service conferences and contribute to the success of Lufthansa Technik in the Americas

* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

The ideal Intern at EPAR should fulfil the following requirements:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program with an emphasis on Business, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Finance, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Strong interest in business development
• Fluent level of English
• Excellent computer skills
• Advanced knowledge of AI and MS Office applications
• High level of self-management and drive to learn quickly
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
