Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Support Customer Service Managers and Account Managers in the fulfillment of customer contracts throughout the Americas
• Support data analysis projects
• Assist with dashboard creation, KPI reports and performance metrics
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of recurring reports and reporting processes
• Prepare data visualizations and presentations
• Apply data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights under supervision

* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

The ideal Intern in Customer Service and Account Management must fulfill the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization desirable
• Exposure to automation or scripting desirable
• Experience working with datasets as part of coursework and/or projects desirable
• Familiarity with AI tools desirable
• Strong Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau
• Basic Python knowledge
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
