- Disciplinary and professional leadership, as well as the further development of the HR team at the Munich location
- Management and design of talent management, from recruitment to development and retention of talent
- Overseeing and further developing performance and potential management at LAT
- Shaping organizational development, including job architecture and grading
- Strategic oversight and further development of HR management across the LAT group in collaboration with the HR leadership team
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy in collaboration with LAT HR Management and the Senior Leadership Team
- Advising executives on strategic and operational HR issues
- Further development of a modern and efficient HR organization
- College degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) or vocational training equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, e.g., master craftsman/business specialist
- Several years of professional experience in HR management and an understanding of modern HR practices
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills, as well as a drive to shape the future
- Initial leadership experience is a plus, as is a passion for helping people and organizations grow
- Strong ability to manage complexity, excellent communication skills, and a persuasive demeanor
- Very good command of German and confident communication in English
