Are you an accomplished Engineering Program Lead seeking a dynamic opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in product development? We are looking for a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of engineering principles and a track record of managing medium to large-scale projects. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development of our Interiors Seating Products, encompassing both existing lines and exciting new product introductions.

As an Engineering Program Lead, you will spearhead critical projects from inception through execution, influencing every phase from planning and budgeting to implementation and customer delivery. You'll collaborate with a cross functional team of engineers, program managers, and suppliers, ensuring that project milestones are met with utmost precision and quality. What You Will Do

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive planning, organization, and coordination of engineering activities to uphold customer satisfaction and achieve project deliverables.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.
• Minimum (5) five years of project lead experience
• Experience with scheduling and managing a budget
• Previous design experience
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability for both domestic and international travel to support program deliverables, approximate travel up to 20% a year.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
