Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager (m/f/diverse) - Fixed-term

• Drive integrated digital marketing strategies across BUs and regions
• Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns incl. social, web and email
• Manage organic social media, editorial calendars and publishing
• Develop content assets incl. articles, case studies, videos and newsletters
• Optimize lead generation through CTAs, landing pages and campaign journeys
• Coordinate BU and regional requirements and translate them into actions
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and derive optimization measures
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and project execution
• Liaise with Sales, agencies, CRM (Pipedrive), Web and internal stakeholders

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or a related field; alternatively relevant vocational training with professional experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign management, social media, content marketing or related fields
• Experience in planning & executing integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns & managing corporate or brand social media channels
• Knowledge of digital customer journeys, lead generation, analytics, KPI reporting & performance optimization
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, BUs & international teams; strong project management skills
• Fluent English and German
