Daily Crew Operations

Icelandair is looking for an individual for a position with our team in Daily Crew Operations (DCO).

This is a challenging role for a positive and performance-driven individual who enjoys working in an international environment.

DCO is operated from Icelandair HQ in Hafnarfjörður and is a department within Flight Operations.

Responsibilities

• Daily crew planning
• Contact between crew and Flight Department
• Monitor and maintain crew schedule, scheduled flights and charter flights
• Communication with hotels and crew abroad
• Communication with Flight Departments customers

Qualifications

• Education and experience fit for purpose
• Highly proficient in English and Icelandic, spoken and written
• General ability with common office software
• Positivity and excellent communication skills
• Proactivity and detailed orientation
