• Delivery of formative and summative tactical instruction based on contemporary tactics, techniques and procedures to pilot, AvWO, sensor operator trainees and operational crews in MH-60R training devices. This includes briefing, debriefing and generation of sortie reports.

• Delivery of tactical ground-school based on contemporary tactics, techniques and procedures to pilot, AvWO and sensor operator trainees utilising existing courseware via Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) and Instructor Guided Reviews (IGR).

• Assist in the development and improvement of mission scenarios for improved delivery of training outcomes.

• Assist in the ongoing testing and certification of MH-60R training devices, including new or modified systems, system configuration upgrades and engineering change proposals (ECP).

• Assist in the review of the relevant training course control documents (Curriculum).
