Requirements and Description

• Assisting passengers who need wheelchair or mobility assistance.

• Greeting passengers and helping them navigate the airport.

• Pushing passengers safely between check-in, security, gates, baggage claim, and other airport areas.

• Helping passengers with carry-on bags or personal belongings when appropriate.

• Coordinating with airline, airport, and wheelchair-service staff regarding passenger requests.

• Providing courteous, respectful service to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities.

• Following airport safety, security, and accessibility procedures.

• Keeping wheelchairs and equipment organized and reporting equipment or passenger-service issues.

• Communicating clearly with passengers and coworkers, especially when flights or passenger requests change.
