Tasks

• You’ll work with partners to develop solutions for customer inquiries received via email, phone, or chat.
• You’ll analyze inquiries and create cost estimates in AMOS.
• You’ll support customers by providing service advice and explaining features and
  offers.
• You’ll analyze problems, find solutions, or escalate them.
• You’ll maintain customer data and document processes in AMOS.
• You are responsible for administrative tasks and optimizing processes.
• You’ll work closely with technicians and store staff and participate in
  weekly meetings.
• You’ll actively contribute your English, German, and IT skills

Requirements

• You have completed a business or technical education and
  have experience handling customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• You have knowledge of AMOS, TEAMS, and EXCEL.
• You are service-oriented and have strong communication skills.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
• You have unrestricted access to the Austrian job market.
